It was born with the idea of valorizing an undervalued grape variety, but very versatile: il Tuscan Trebbiano.
Hence the desire to experiment and dare with maceration times. The long contact with the skins (more than six months) gives it secondary and evolutionary notes, far from the earthy and vegetal aromas typical of the vine, but without losing the freshness that represents the soul of Trebbiano in Tuscany.
This “acidity” makes the 184 a different orange, very elegant and fine with a light tannic finish that reveals the long maceration.
