3Bbubbles it is my “witty” vision of Trebbiano Toscano with bubbles that give the right sparkle.
The sparkling takes place in spring: I only use my own must, frozen during the harvest. When the cellar heats up, after the winter, the must is brought back to room temperature and added to the still wine of the same vintage. Then we proceed with bottling so that the second fermentation takes place in the bottle creating the "magic" of the bubbles.
From Trebbiano Toscano grapes only, 3Bbolle is a fresh wine, crunchy and thirst-quenching at the same time!
It can be combined from aperitifs to oily dishes (Grifi in Arezzo) or just to drink in company!
