ADE comes from Trebbiano grapes only, including an old biotype called Biancame.

Trebbiano Type unproductive, bunched very sparse, Biancame is the variety of Trebbiano, which turns pink when ripe.

To increase the scents, a non-aromatic vine, we decided to macerate, for three days, the must with its skins.

ADE is vinified and aged in stainless steel.
